How It Works



Create Shipments From Your Invoice

With a simple menu selection, you'll create shipment records in NRG's UPS or FedEx modules. All shipment information including address, invoice number, po number, weights and boxes can be set in an instant. Add any additional options or update in NRG and then create your label.

Return Tracking Numbers to Invoice and Order Records

Immediatlely after your shipment everyone will have visibility to the tracking number of the shipment from within ApparelMagic.

Post Freight Charges on your Invoice

While you can manually add your freight charges in ApparelMagic, you have the option to update or populate the freight charge on your invoice based on your actual ship cost or the carriers published costs.

Easy Installation

Download the NRG files. Register with your carrier account information. Place them in the same folder or on the same server as your ApparelMagic files, then follow some simple steps to activate. You'll be shipping in no time.
