UPS CTP Program


The subscription includes general support and software updates.

General Support

  • General Support covers answering questions pertaining to existing feature sets of NRGship, general troubleshooting and resolution of error codes
  • Support Hours are between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm CST
  • NRG responds to support calls placed to our main phone line (262-432-0934) and support email ( within 1 business day

Software Upgrades and Updates

  • NRG will release incremental software updates 2-3 times per year to the current release
  • NRG will provide 1 major upgrade release per year
  • NRG will maintain compliance with UPS online services to ensure customer shipping services through the software
You can expect updates on a perioidic basis that will include new product features as well as compliance updates required for UPS. You will be notified of updates when you launch NRGship and can accept them at any time. The software will auto-update upon your acceptance. You can decline to take an upgrade, however If the upgrade is tied to UPS compliance, we will require that you upgrade in order to continue shipping.
