In NRGship, rates are based on your UPS pickup type. During the NRGship signup process you may have selected the incorrect pickup type. A daily pickup customer may have rates that are slightly lower than a customer who is paying retail rates. Be assured that you will always be billed the correct rate regardless of the rate displayed in NRGship.

To change your pickup type, login to your account and adjust your pickup type accordingly. Then go back into NRGship, select Preferences, then the Account tab and press the Refresh Account button.
