Why am I getting licensing or connection errors in NRG's UPS Shipping Software? | |||||
You can test your connectivity to the carrier, NRG and other servers by running the network test in Preferences. Choose Developer/Maintenance > Advanced and click Test Connectivity. This will determine if there a network error on our end or on the carrier side. If you do not have this option you can simply try to go to any valid website to test your connectivity. If the problem is with the NRG network, please email Support@NRGsoft.com and we will notify you when the issue is resolved. Below are different errors and related reasons. 1. For NRGship UPS Pro or UPS for FileMaker users, you may get these errors for these reasons a. Error occurred while contacting license server • Your Internet connection is down • NRG's internet or servers are down b. Preferences have not been set • Your Internet connection is down • NRG's internet or servers are down c. You must first request a demonstration period, or enter a valid license code before you can setup accounts or defaults • Your Internet connection is down • NRG's internet or servers are down • You will also get this error if you have not registered your software d. You must first request demo access or register this software • Your Internet connection is down • NRG's internet or servers are down • You will also get this error if you have not registered your software e. Error: 250050 License System Not Available • This error is because there is a UPS Server Issue f. ERR: HTTPS Request Failed $$8 • Your Internet connection is down • NRG's internet or servers are down 2. For NRGship UPS users, you may get these errors for these reasons a. No Internet Connection • Your Internet connection is down b. This computer's Internet connection appears to be offline. • Your Internet connection is down e. Error: 250050 License System Not Available • This error is because there is a UPS Server Issue |
