You can take a screen shot on either the Macintosh or on Windows.
To take a screen shot on the Mac:
Hold down the Apple-Option and 3 key simultaneously. An image file will be created on your desktop.
To take a screen shot on Windows:
First, bring up the screen you want to capture
Next, press the print-screen button on the keyboard. This will take a picture of the screen and put it on the Windows clipboard.
Start up paintbrush. (Start paintbrush via the Start menu or simply select Start | Run, type pbrush
To paste in the shot, press Ctrl-V (or Edit->Paste )
Save the file. Depending on the version of windows, you will have different file type options. Select the PNG, GIF or JPEG option.
Once saved, you can attach the image file to an email.
