FileMaker for FedEx supports both thermal and laser printer labels

If you are using thermal labels with the notched FedEx DocTab at the top, you should set DocTab Location to Top, Label Stock Orientation to Leading and DocTab content to Zone001

If you are using thermal labels with a combined 4x6 and 4x2 label, you should set DocTab Location to Bottom, Label Stock Orientation to Trailing and DocTab content to Zone001

The following thermal label types can be used:
#153078-077 - Indicates a Format 77 label. (4" x 5" Thermal Label with FedEx Logo)
#154254-354 - Indicates a Format 354 label. (4" x 6 3/4" Thermal Label with Doc Tab) (recommended) [Orientation - Leading, Doc Tab Location - Top, Doc Tab Content - Zone001]
#156295-434 - Indicates a Format 354 label. (4" x 6" Thermal Label without Doc Tab)
#156297-435 - Indicates a Format 435 label. (4" x 6 " Thermal Label without Doc Tab) (recommended) [Orientation, Doc Tab Location and Doc Tab Content should all be set to None]

When switching thermal label stock, you will need to adjust the Thermal Printer Preferences as noted above.

If you are using a laser printer, select Item # 146525 FedEx® Laser Labels
