If you are getting a dialog asking for a username/password, then the database file was not set for sharing before it was placed on your FileMaker Pro Server. Go to preferences in the carrier solution, click on the Developer/Maintenance tab and then run the Multi-User On or Multi-User On (Hidden) setting. This will set the sharing attribute for all of the NRG FileMaker files. Once complete, files can be placed on your FileMaker Pro server for network access.

NOTE: You MUST perform this task from a workstation, and not from a copy of FileMaker Pro running on the Server.
