UPS® Track Alert provides best-in-class package tracking visibility with near real-time updates for an improved customer experience and streamlined logistic management. Updates are pushed to the user as soon as available with no constant polling required, thereby improving operational efficiency.

UPS® Track Alert with Photo is a premium offering in NRGship Pro for UPS based on the number of subscribed shipments per month. View proof of delivery photos in NRGship without the need to track at UPS.com.

Note: Only residential deliveries where the package was driver released are eligible for delivery photo. This means that if the package was delivered to a commercial building, the package was handed to a person, or if a signature was collected, no delivery photo will be available.
