NRGship Pro will work with future releases of macOS

After recent macOS updates, some customers have received warnings that NRGship will not work with future macOS versions. These warnings are misleading.

NRGship Pro was originally written for Apple’s Intel processors however it will continue to work thru the next major OS release in the fall of 2026, macOS 27. Starting with the release of macOS 28 in the fall of 2027, NRGship Pro will require an update for Silicon Macs. Versions of NRGship Pro will continue to work on older operating systems without issue.

NRGship Pro for UPS makes Returns Easy

In NRGship Pro for UPS you can easily duplicate an outbound shipment to create a return label. You can also create ad-hoc labels as needed. Return labels can be used in a variety of ways.

UPS Print Return Label – These can be printed at the time of an outbound shipment and included with your shipment. These can also be used to create PDF files which you can email directly to customers.

UPS Electronic Return Label – A label will print locally however your customer will get an email which provides options to print a label or show a barcode at a UPS Drop Off Location for labeling.

UPS Print and Mail – UPS will mail a label to your customer

UPS Returns Plus (Call Tag) – A UPS driver will be dispatched for package pickup and he will provide the customer with a label.

UPS Exchange Print Return Label – UPS delivers a replacement item and picks up a like item for return during the same visit. Requires a contract. Contact your UPS representative to learn more about this return option.

UPS Pack and Collect Service – A customizable service that gives you complete control over a return. Schedule the returns collection at a designated location and time frame. A UPS driver will then arrive with UPS-provided packaging and collect the item to be returned. You even have the choice of one or three collection attempts, depending on your needs. Requires a contract. Contact your UPS representative to learn more about this return option.
